Marc has spent the last ten years teaching history. He landed his dream job as Head of History at Priory School in Lewes, East Sussex after a stint as a member of SLT.

In 2015 he was seconded to The University of Sussex as an Associate Teaching Fellow on the history ITE course. For many years before Marc was an advanced mentor with the same institution. Dozens of his trainees are still out there teaching history at a high level to students across the south of England.

Marc is an outstanding history teacher who has planned many unique and thought provoking lessons. He can often be spotted visiting local schools to learn and share best practice. Most recently Marc has initiated a local AQA GCSE forum.
