After whetting the classes appetite with some ‘back to back’ drawing, students are engaged in some decision making about the challenges facing Hitler and the Nazis in January 1933.
Should they take the extreme path or should they stick to a more cautious approach to consolidate their power and create a dictatorship?
The students are given extra information to inform their decision making before going on to find out how exactly how Hitler managed to gain complete complete power so quickly.
The end product is something imaginative. Rather than writing another exam answer your students analyse and improve an educational diagram. They use all of the great skills of critical evaluation in a creative way.
